Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide via UPS or DHL.

Q: When will I receive my order?
It takes about 5-7 business days to process your order. Once shipped, the usual delivery time is 3-4 business days depending on the destination.

Q: Will you send me the tracking number?
Yes, a tracking number will be sent to you (by email) when your order is shipped.

Q: Are the G-Shock watches genuine?
Yes, all our watches are modified from genuine Casio G-Shock watches. We’ll ship the modified watch with the original Casio box, warranty card, user manual, and parts.
