We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Reasons accepted for problematic items: Defected product, Products in wrong color or wrong styles.
Reasons NOT accepted for problematic items : change of mind, don’t like the product, small color difference , size not fit, etc.
Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.
For bracelet-type watches, you may need to adjust the size of the metal band if needed (basic tools and instruction guide will be provided). However, we will not accept refunds or returns if you have difficulty handling it, or the bracelet or watch is damaged during the resizing operation. If you are having difficulty handling it, we recommend that you take your watch to a local jeweler / watch store or other professional to adjust the length of the metal bracelet.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
A full refund ( *Minus shipping fee & handling fee ) for unused and unopened products.
A partial refund ( *Minus shipping fee & handling fee ) for products in which the protective film or sticker are removed. Partial refund amount at the discretion of our quality assurance team, based on inspection of returned product.
No refund if the product is damaged / unusable. For example, the watch strap or screws has been disassembled.
All shipping charges or VAT/import duties paid (if any) are non-refundable.

Shipping fee and handling fee will be deducted for any returning products/cancellation of an order.
– The handling fee is 10% of the grand total of the order or USD40, whichever is higher.
– The shipping fee to be deducted will depend on the shipping cost charged by our courier service provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items / discounted items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Can you cancel an order before delivery?
We understand this can happen, ordering a product then suddenly filled with buyer’s remorse! If this happens to you, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order before it’s going in the delivery pipeline.
The cancellation fee is 10% of the total order value or USD40, whichever is greater. (to cover payment processing fees and handling cost)
If your order has already entered into the processing phase, we are unable to cancel the order or stop the shipping process.
