We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@tokyo-studios.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Acceptable Reasons for Return include defective products and incorrect product color or style.

Unacceptable Reasons for Return include change of mind,  minor color differences, and size issues.

Note: Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

For bracelet-type watches, adjustment of the metal band may be necessary. We provide basic tools and an instruction guide for this purpose. We cannot accept returns or refunds for damage incurred during resizing. If you encounter difficulty, we recommend seeking assistance from a local jeweler or professional watch store.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

VAT & Custom Duties (Countries outside the United States & Australia): Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are typically charged and prepaid with your order. Please note that VAT and custom duties are non-refundable.

Shipping Fee: All shipping fees paid are non-refundable.

Return shipping and handling fees :

Handling fee: 10% of the order total or USD 40, whichever is higher.

Return shipping fee: Based on the cost charged by our courier.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective. For the fastest exchange, return the defective item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can you cancel an order before delivery?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total order value or USD 40, whichever is greater, to cover payment processing fees and handling costs. If your order has already entered the processing phase, we cannot cancel the order or stop the shipping process.
